UNLOCKING yourSelf – A 40 Day Journey Inward

You hold the keys to discovering your depth | your truth | your joy | your internal light.

This 40 Day Journey was created for individuals who feel that they have lost the connection with themselves and their Source. For those with a desire to journey inward but are unsure how to go about it and/or feel hesitant in doing so. When I was navigating my depths and layers upon layers of deep internal work and healing, I needed assistance. I couldn’t go it alone because I couldn’t see where I was actually stuck or how I could shift from where I was to where I wanted to be. Whether through my myriad of distorted beliefs or old programming and the like, my non-serving habits and internal discord ran rampant. With the assistance of some gifted Spiritual teachers and healers, I was able to find my way back to mySelf; finding peace, joy, and purpose once again. Through my very own evolution is how I now offer my work to the world.

I developed this 40 Day Journey as a way to give you a road-map for navigating your internal landscape. Throughout these 40 Days, I will serve as your Guide, assisting you on your journey inward. Working with you throughout each aspect, each layer, uncovering all that lies beneath your surface, unleashing your internal light, which is patiently waiting, ready to shine. Enlightening you, your energy, your life.

Throughout this Journey, you will discover what aspects of yourSelf:

•      want to be acknowledged and seen

•      want to be embraced and loved

•      want to be untangled and released

•      want to be developed and expanded

You will receive:

•      (1) 30 min. virtual meeting with me to formulate your personal Journey for this 40 Day Journey

•      (40) daily email with invitation for you to pause, reflect and go inward through one of the following ways:

• -video recordings where I share various messages, practices, tools, and information that will assist you on this journey and throughout your life

• -journal prompts, mindfulness practices, guided meditations and visualization exercises

• -powerful prayers and mantras that you can carry with you throughout your days

•      (1) 30 min. virtual meeting with me to check-in midway through for personal: intuitive guidance, energy healing, answer any questions that arise, etc.

•      (1) 30 min. virtual meeting with me to conclude your personal 40 Day Journey with next steps forward

The 40 Day Journey begins on the first day of Spring - Thursday, March 20, 2025.

Cost is $180 for the entire 40 Day Journey. Space is limited. Registration Closes on Thursday, March 20.
